In simplest terms, since Heliocentrism cannot successfully falsify (rule out) the plausible veracity of the Enclosed Cosmological Model, given the exact same set of observational data, it therefore cannot claim to be a scientifically true model. The best it can do is re-interpret all the planar geometric data that the Flat Earth Model uses and infer and extrapolate a hypothetical spherical model from this data.
